General Warranty Policy
♦ Warranty covers only manufacturers fault in terms of defective materials and workmanship.
♦ It applies to the first owner of the product and is generally not transferable.
♦ Different brand and products will have a different warranty period and structure.
♦ Please check your producct user menu for further information.

Exclusions
All warranties DO NOT cover damages or failure arising from
♦ Misuse, abuse, unauthorised alteration, & improper usuage of products.
♦ Damages of any kind due to crash and impact, overtightening and mishandling.
♦ Neglect and failure to perform routine maintenance and provide proper storage as instructed.
♦ Wear and tear arises from material fatigue, fiction, tension and so on.
♦ Damages arises from tempering of products by unauthorised service personnel.
Claim Procedure
1. Please download and fill the warranty-service claim form.
2. Submit the faulty item together with the form, together with the copy of the original receipt to our showroom at 482 Changi Road (opposite Kembagan MRT).
Disclaimer
1. Warranty claims are subjected to approval at the full discretion of the manufacturer/ supplier.
2. Date of production will be used if product is submitted without the receipt and may incur additional admin charges.
3. Should any dispute arises from claim disapproval, the customer has the option to return the faulty product back to the manufacturer for further indepth inspection and report at customer’s full expenses, should the warranty still fail.
4. Replacement program is offered by Soon Watt & Company to its customers and not to products that are purchased from elsewhere.
5. Soon Watt reserves the rights not to offer the replacement program.
