Rider’s Analysis, Position on bike, Feet Evaluation, Cleat and Shoes Alignment -
$300 ($330 on Tri Bike), not including cost for Insoles, wedges or shims, if needed, during Feet
Evaluation
Involves:
- Interview with rider (Understanding the rider’s athletic history, cycling goals, injuries
past & present, and fit objective)
- Body measurement, Hamstring and Knee Flexibility test
- Warm up on bike
- Initial Analysis of Rider through evaluation of current set up of components, and
assessment of positional / comfort implications
- Correction of Rider’s position, including foot placement, ankle and knee tracking and
over cockpit positioning
- 2nd + Final Analysis of Rider
- Recording of final position and bike measurements
- Documentation ( to be submitted to rider)
- Feet Evaluation: Identify potential leg, foot, pedal, shoes and cleats interface issues.
- Cleat Alignment for comfort and efficiency, improvement of pedaling gait
- 2D Video Capture of Rider on bike during Initial and Final Analysis of Rider
